Healthwatch are undertaking a piece of work called 'WHO KNOWS'. By taking part you will help us find out the following:
- Have people have heard of us?
- How we can improve our engagement with the local community
- What works well and what needs improvement in health services
Any recommendations from this report will be taken forward in next year’s work-plan.
This annual survey will help us to shape and deliver our service better.
