A&E Patients Survey

This week the CQC has published its national patient survey for A&E departments – the results for our Trust are disappointing and we are listed in the key findings as one of the Trusts with worse than expected results when compared with other Trusts. http://www.cqc.org.uk/sites/default/files/20141201_accident_and_emergency_survey_2014_key_findings.pdf

- The CQC media response is attached with further information about the improvements they are making – which are beginning to be felt with 87.22% of their patients being seen and treated within 4 hours last week.
