Engagement Summary: Mental Health and Wellbeing
26/07/2024
Our engagement summary on mental health and wellbeing looked at what measures people take to maintain and boost their wellbeing.
We asked 80 people:
- What do you do to keep yourself emotionally happy?
- What do you do when you feel anxious/unhappy?
- What would good mental health support and services look like from your perspective?
Results show that many people feel that spending time with friends and family benefits their wellbeing, and that activities such as listening to music and spending time in green spaces also boosts mood.
