**IMPORTANT* Make Your Voice Count! BHRUT Clinical Strategy
11/11/2021
Healthwatch Barking and Dagenham is the local independent consumer champion for health and social care within a national Healthwatch England framework. We aim to give our citizens and communities a stronger voice to influence and challenge how health and social care services are provided for people in Barking and Dagenham.
About this survey
Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust (BHRUT) is looking at how it delivers its services now and in the future and so Healthwatch would like to hear from local people about your experiences so we can share this with the hospital trust.
The Trust wants to hear from residents so they can use their feedback to develop their ‘clinical strategy’ which sets out their plans. They are also working with local authorities and other organisations so that together we can make sure the best care is delivered in the best way to our local people.
The Trust wants to understand what ‘good’ looks like to you in terms of your care and experience to make sure they get this right.
