Tell Healthwatch England about your experience of leaving hospital during COVID-19
19/08/2020
During the Coronavirus pandemic, the usual processes that hospitals follow to discharge people from their care changed to help free up beds. While this has helped the NHS manage the demand created by Coronavirus, Healthwatch England are keen to know how this is working for patients and their loved ones. Working with the British Red Cross, they will be collecting people's stories of hospital discharge through a dedicated survey. They will share data back with us so we can understand more about people's experiences of hospital discharge our area. A report will also be produced which will help NHS services plan care as we approach the winter season Take part by clicking here
