Who Knows 2019 - what health and care issues should we look at next year?

This month we launched “Who Knows 2019”,it’s all about finding out what areas of health and care people want us to look into next year and in what way the local community wants to share their health and care stories with us. The survey also helps us to see how we can tailor our service to meet your needs.
Last year we spoke to 313 residents and businesses. This is what we did with the findings.
Residents said they want to speak to us at libraries, shopping centres and leisure centres.
The team are already out and about on a weekly basis, we have now incorporated more sessions in libraries, leisure centres and shopping centres.
Watch out for us as we come to a place near you.
People told us they wanted us to look at how we communicate where we are going to be.
This year we're visiting all 17 wards in the borough and advertising when we will be in there.
Local people said they wanted us to look into GP services & Home Care Services.
This year we are continuing to look into GP services and have started a new project which focuses on Home Care Services.
