Enhancing palliative and end-of-life care in north east London

NHS North East London (NHS NEL) are inviting individuals with experience in end-of-life or palliative care to share their perspectives. These perspectives can be from your personal experience, the roles as a caregivers for family members, or from a bereavement in the past year. This may include people of all ages, such as children, adolescents, and adults.
Their primary goal is to gain deeper insights into what works well and what doesn't in order to make the services more sensitive to peoples' needs, cultures, and different circumstances. This may be a challenging time, but your input will help right support is readily available.
To participate, kindly complete their online survey here. The online survey will remain accessible until October 9th. Paper-based surveys can also be obtained from local libraries and Age UK offices in northeast London.
