The way Disability Services will be delivered in the borough is changing
20/04/2017

A number of children’s and adults disability services are being brought together into one service to support people with disabilities from birth, through to older age. It is envisaged that by having a single service, it will reduce the impact of the transition from child to adult hood and reduce the chances that people will not be disadvantaged as move from one service to another. Attached is a document that provides more information about the proposals and the work being undertaken to engage with local people and organisations
