Sexual Health Services in Barking & Dagenham - Survey Questionnaire
29/04/2021
Since the arrival of COVID-19 and the consequential lockdowns, sexual health services have changed the way they are being delivered.
One of the changes was that sexual health services, run by the Barking, Havering and Redbridge hospital trust, are delivered exclusively from Barking Community Hospital.
If you have tried to or used sexual health services since August 2020, we want to hear from you. Have your say and share your views by completing our survey here.
Thank you for participating.
