Barking & Dagenham End of Life Care Stakeholder Events

Barking and Dagenham Council and NHS Barking and Dagenham Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) invite you to attend a Stakeholder Engagement Event to help them shape plans in order to improve end of life care locally.
They are holding two events at the Barking Learning Centre, 2 Town Square, Barking, IG11 7NB:
- For professional practitioners working in palliative and end of life care on Tuesday 12th August (10am-12.30pm),
- For people with personal experience of end of life care and those who care for them on Thursday 14th August (1.30-4pm).
