Creative for Life Arts Activities for People Living with Mental Health Problems

Exciting arts groups for people living with mental health problems in Barking and Dagenham.
The classes run each Friday at 10:30am at Eastbury Manor House.
This project is a referral programme so if you know anyone who is living with depression or anxiety and would benefit from engaging in creative activities, they would be welcome to join the group.
