Delay in having treatment could lead to a number of complications. Issues have arisen in certain areas like letters sent for appointments being recieved after the appointment date, cancellations of appointments on the day patients have arrived, etc. We believe the area needs to be further investigated and further engagement needs to be undertaken with patients to capture their experiences.
