Barking, Havering and Redbridge Blood Testing Pilot
16/08/2021
At the end of June 2021 a pilot community blood service began across the three boroughs.
The aim of the pilot is to improve access to Phlebotomy services, reduce waiting times and ensure urgent tests can be booked either for the same day or next day. Some sites also have blood tests available at weekends.
As the pilot service is developed by NEL CCG, NELFT and BHRUT, along with primary care providers - the latest update regarding the service can be found on their website here Phlebotomy Pilot - Update
