Barking and Dagenham Clinical Commissioning Group (B&D CCG) are responsible for planning and paying for urgent and emergency care services in the borough. Last year the CCG set up a pilot scheme to provide thousands of extra urgent GP appointments
The CCG are now undertaking a survey to assess the levels of patient satisfaction with urgent care appointments at their GP surgeries. The survey will take no more than 5 minutes to complete. Your feedback is valuable and will provide the CCG with insight into what people think of current urgent appointment services at GP surgeries.
Please take the opportunity to complete the CCG survey via the link below before Tuesday, 25 March 2014.
